The Policy Board should review this next round of rankings and provide feedback. Most importantly, Policy Board members should comment on any highly desirable projects that received low benefit-cost scores. This is a critical element of the process, as EPR can reevaluate and restructure those projects for a final round of scoring. Project restructuring could not only assist with LRTP ranking but could help position projects for the state’s funding processes.
